飞机票从北京到比利时订好了!

你好朋友们!

Time for an update of the last couple of days. So, let's start at Friday,  23th of March. As you already know, Belen left that morning so I went to bed around 6am. Wasn't able to go to class and didn't really felt like going outside. But a good friend of mine, Romain, decided to take me out and it ended up in a very interesting day.  是啊! 很有意思. On our way to the subway, we bumped into Ward and we took him with us to Decathlon. Sounds quite boring, but we were playing football in the store, playing hoola hoop. At some point, we saw a guy walking around who worked there - a higher function - and for a second I thought he would say something. But, he joined us. So we ended up all hoola hooping in the hallway, chinese people staring at us and thinking 'What the hell are they doing?' Followed by a massive dinner at Big pizza and ending with a movie at my place. The 2 guys are planning to go on a trip to South-China, I really wanted to go, but my cousin is coming this Monday, which means .. no time, because they're coming back on Tuesdaynight.

Saturday was a lazy day, got up and decided to study. It was kind off necessary, because I haven't opened my book for ages. Which means I'm not familiar with the new words and characters. I slighty think my teachers are a little bit disappointed and want me to do better. I'm known as the 'lazy student', oops. In the evening the 2 Belgians - Ward and Romain - and Aggi came by and we started LOTR marathon. It's not really marathon because we only saw the first one. Very interesting, Aggi and me fell asleep during the movie. Says alot huh. Maybe because I've seen the movies like 10times. Sunday, Aggi invited us to her place to have dinner. I have to say, the dessert was amazing! I have to say, this weekend was quite calm, which I really enjoyed. I'm a little bit tired of going out every week like 3times. No wonder, after 7 months every week the same thing, you're in for something more interesting. After skipping 2 days of class and the weekend, I was in class again monday. Last week before my cousin and friend are coming! 非常开心!

Tuesdayevening, Romain invited us for spaghetti-night at his place. Yes, he's like the only guys who cooks here in Beijing. Thank god he only lives 2 min walking from my place ;) Also, I met his roommate this week. Now I'm mentioning 'roommate', I also have a new roommate! She got in this monday at 7am. With a sleepy head I opened Belen's previous room and sat down and talked with her till 9am.  She's staying for 3 months and she's doing an internship. The same age as me, and she is from Australia but has Asian roots. Then, I decided to go back to bed and sleep till 11am. Not really being used off getting up at 7am. I invited her that day to hang out with some friends of my, but she fell asleep at 6pm and woke up the next morning.

Wednesday we had a goodbye dinner of Georgia. This is the girl who also left Beijing in December. Only one month later she came back to do an internship. I can't believe that she's leaving again. And no, she won't be back within one month. She leaves next week, but she is going on a trip with the 2 guys and I don't think she'll have time to meet up with the people from Beijing. Therefore, she invited us to have a last dinner with her at Tree. Some pizza, some beers or mixed drink - for me a Sprite, lol - talking, laughing,... I was pretty comfi at the place, but some peeps headed out to CN Club, why not huh. It's better than Juicy (zzzzz...) and it's something new! It's located at Sanlitun, behind the Hutong new branch. Euhh, quite chinese. Actually, very chinese. Only Chinese people in the club, which I didn't mind. A friend of a friend of us bought us 3 bottles of whisky. Not bad at all. But, I kept it with Ice Tea, lol. It's typical here in Beijing that in the club, people perform. It doesn't mean they're good at it, but at least they're having fun."The chinese people look and you and they think 'what the fuck is she doing?'and you don't even care, it's awesome!" Yes, so what? We all know how it is! 我也是外国人! I only look Chinese ;)

Today I had nothing planned, just stayed in during the evening AND I took my character book and reviewed like 70% of the book. Proud of myself! And I did my homework for once, now my 老师 can't talk bad about me anymore ;) Let's see how long I can keep that up, lol.

Thank you for reading this,
I'll keep you posted.

Kisses from Beijing!
